Magical Warfare (Mahou Sensou) 6

Who doesn't love a good battle anime, huh? This one sure does have some nice twists and good plot... Although, I was watching some show, it was a user produced show, about crunchy roll and the shows they have running. They touched on Magical Warfare and likened it to 'Harry Potter'. I wasn't on board with that at first... but the beginning did feel kinda Potter-esque. It's fine now tho.. thats kinda fallen away IMO. 

Onto the Ep! 

So the gang is going to attempt to save Mui's brother. The academy director also has a fight with one of the Trailer leaders... Good battle, but good always prevails, barely in this case. Also, at the same time, the rest of the group attacks Mui's brother and have a nice little battle there. 

He's ultimately too strong for the guys that attack him and ends up running off with Mui right on his heels. Takeshi and Ida are right after her and of course they fall into his trap.

Caught as they were the still managed to break through and face him directy. Mui, herself, delivering the final blow to bring her brother home. She of course continues to cry and cry while the gang looks on with a sense of satisfaction... Like, 'job well done' or something. This was almost choreographed but then again it kinda had to be. They had to let Mui get her brother back... Hes too strong to be left in enemy hands. 

Also, I thought that the guy the Director fought was gonna be dead... Uh, no, he isn't. Which is weird considering he was sent into space on the grille of some care being sucked into that hole. He kills some people that are with the fortune teller and introduces his 'candidate' for the 5th class... a dark silhouette stands agains a yellow background... thats Gekkou.. i know it!

Been a few days

So i failed to update over the past 4 days and i didn't take a break from anime... I've just been busy with life pretty much. So, I'll just post up what my activity has been like the past few days... Since the 8th pretty much and maybe talk about what i liked or didnt like.

Seems like alot right?

ImoCho (Saikin, Imouto no Yousu ga Chotto Okashiinda ga.) - was decent enough... No real plot development that i can remember. Just some acceptance from the imouto. She's coming to terms with him being her brother.

Strike the Blood - Another outstanding ep under the belt. Natsuki still on the run and Vatler agrees to protect her... he just wants the escapees to come to him so he can fight them.

Nourin - This ep was hilarious... Comedy really kicking it up a notch. The gang has run ins with 2 different departments... one leads to a bukakke match and the other leads to them fighting with the Forest students... Seriously funny... in the end Kousaka ends up in a Yaoi moment... super gay.. but still funny.

Nisekoi - Raku helps teach Onodera to swim for a club match (under false pretenses of course) and Chitoge's opinion of Raku changes for the better... You just know shes gonna fall for him in the end...

 Magical Warfare - Testing is held for the different classes of magic used. The other faction interferes and almost causes and issue. All of the gang passes and is allowed to attempt recovering Mui's brother.

Hajime no Ippo: Rising - Miyata has an easy time defeating the man found to challenge him and at the end of the match some people hear Ippo say something and turn to chastise him. The realize who it is and start cheering his name... Looks like Ippo vs. Miyata next up soon... But first, Takamuras match next ep.

Witch Craft Works - Sooo... Kasumi kidnaps Takamiya... Stupid BroCom Imouto. The Student council is pissed that Takamiya is near 'Hime' so they have the science teacher talk to them. Hes a witch and knows about Evermillion and the Seals. Kagari makes Takamiya the new student council president so everyone will leave them alone. 

Buddy Complex - A film crew comes to the Cygnus to make a promo video for the coupling system and brings a new pilot... Dio and him have a history. When Dio and the new guy don't couple well, Aoba sits in to do the stunts. They're attacked while shooting the video and Dio saves them. Apparently the new guy is transferring to the Cygnus... so hes here to stay.

Those are my quick, short recaps... of course if you're fans of any of these series i say go watch them as i am definitely leaving stuff out. Probably going to watch the new Maken-ki and Seitokai before i turn in tonight... Hopefully i write something good about them tomorrow.

Recap

Engaged - Kobeni is sick and feels embarrassed about not remembering the past and how Hakuya saved her when she was little. While she recovers,

Benio more or less poisons everyone with her cooking... They should've mosaic censored her cooking, shit looked horrible. After Kobeni is better she hesitates when seeing Hakuya and he misunderstands, thinking shes troubled by him or hates him and takes off (like really flies... something is off. He may not be human or something i tell ya). It ends with Hakuya and his sister talking about a secret they might need to tell Kobeni and then an arrow from their home arrives telling of how someone is coming to check on them.

Silver Spoon - Hachi and the gang goto a horse riding/jumping over obstacle competition. You meet an annoying wanna-be-ojou-sama, Ayame, who keeps

get destroyed... LOL

taunting Mikage and then Hachi. She sucks at the competition and gets disqualified for time... BAKA. Hachi makes a good run but gets distracted by the fact that his brother is there and loses his foot from the stirrup (His bro takes a pic and it costs him his phones). It leads to him just about falling off and almost DQ'd. He ends up fourth in his class. Even though fourth is good he struggles with not being the best. Mikage has her run with Maron and ends up in third. The gang has a BBQ after and Hachi's bro joins them. Their peace is interrupted but Ayame shouting like a nut from the top of some boxes and Hachi gets a call. He gets to ride Maron home to end the ep.

Nagi no Asukara - Kaname woke up last time and spends most of this ep getting accustomed to everything. Sayu realizes she still has feelings for him

and thinks its odd. Her and Miuna kinda have it out at the docks and Miuna says she wont give up. Sayu had all but made up her mind when Kaname comes up to greet her, seems she still loves him. The scientist with Tsumugu realize that Miuna now has 'Ena' and can breathe under water. They find out there might be a way to visit Shioshishio, the under water village. See, when Kaname woke up he tells them he heard a sound like sand moving... Miuna confirms hearing it to. Turns out its a weaker current they may be able to use to visit Shioshishio.

Magical Warfare - Mui travels outside the academy to find her brother, thanks the the fortune teller. The other three are practicing magic back inside.

Isoshima finds a map with red X's on it and they deduce where shes gone. They decide to follow without knowing the gravity of that choice. They sneak out and when Mui is found shes unconscious from the battle with her brother. Takashi manages to hold her brother back until Ida finishes charging a bullet with his mana. The resulting attack makes her brother unconscious and hes saved by some colleague. The 4 get scolded when they get back to the school and told never to leave again. Takashi says he cant promise...

Recaps the 2nd Coming!!

Z/X Ignition - Picks right up where ep 3 left off. The offender is an angel from White world named Gambiel. She is under orders to find Fierte.. after she leaves Fierte spills the beans about her circumstances and how she came to

be there. The following day Mikage runs into Ayase and they spend the day shopping and hanging out. They don't realize they're being watched and then are confronted by the angel forces from White World. Asuka realizes the situation and runs to help while Ayase fights for her life. During the fight the city's power is knocked our and it goes dark. A shock knocks her from Sieger's back and she begins to run only to get stuck at a cliff. Asuka saves her but when the angels see Fierte they run away. Asuka, Ayase and Azumi stand there staring at the city from the cliff. Also, the Angels who recognized Fierte plan to tell of her where-abouts but is killed by Gambiel.

Quick Recap

-WCW- Takamiya and Kagari get paid a visit by a powerful Tower Witch and learn how Kagari is invincible and where she gets her power. Afterwards Takamiya gets some magic training in and falls into a trap... 

-Mahou Sensou- The trio are getting used to life at the new academy and are starting to learn how to use their powers. Insert traumatic back story events for Takeshi and Isoshima and there you have it... Also, seems to be some feelings stirring in Mui and the Fortune Teller appears.

-Nagi- Hikari is getting back into the swing... Even goes to school. Hikari, Miuna and Saya head to the city to get a uniform for Hikari where the girls have a spat and Miuna runs off. Hikari finds her and an accident causes her to fall into the sea. Magically as shes about to drown she gains Ena and can now swim and breath in the water. Cliffhanger note... Kaname returns.

-Golden Time- The gang seems destined to never get to the damn beach... takes forever and then its raining. Goddamn ghost Banri is cursing them i tell you. They end up having a great time and Kouko offers to drive home as 2D-kun is dead tired. Banri falls asleep and then so does she... No ones at the wheel.

-Silver Spoon S2- Not alot happens. The Equestrian club decides to try the newbies at jumping. Hachi sux but cant figure out why... Maron hates him im sure of it. Him and Mikage get heated over his attitude so she takes him home to show him a jumping competition. He find a way out of his funk and gets the horse to jump. 

-Engaged- Bah its getting late... Kobeni learns about the past between her and Hakuya at the end. She is also starting to realize feelings for him as well. Thats all that really happens, the rest is comedy and fan service... Albeit good stuff. Definitely one of the better shows this season.
